Alain has over 25 years of experience in international banking and corporate finance. Alain has been for 13 years Director at Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild Europe in Luxembourg, one of Europe’s leading Private Banking Institutions. He was in charge of international marketing & corporate communication, actively supporting the bank business development efforts in Private Banking, Asset Management as well as Institutional Fund Services. Prior to joining the Edmond de Rothschild Group, Alain had been the Founder and Managing Director of Boston-Jeddah based Advena Management, one of the first multi-client Family Offices in the US concentrating on Middle Eastern UHNW Families, which he ran for nearly 8 years before selling the company to a group of middle eastern investors. Alain is currently the Founder and Managing Partner of Luxinvest Capital Advisors which regroups several Luxembourg based niche wealth structuring companies. Alain has two passions in life: Immersing himself in the world of art & collectibles and being an active stakeholder within sustainable and environmental initiatives.

As a Luxembourg national, Alain has a deep understanding as well as a wide ranging expertise of the Luxembourg Financial Center. Alain holds a BA from Brandeis University as well as a Masters in International Finance and Economics from Brandeis University. Alain serves on several Boards of international companies as well as local Luxembourg based institutions. Alain is an Alumni of INSEAD.
